Next month will mark my two-year anniversary of cleaning up my diet and going 90% Vegan. Despite developing a habit over that time, I would prefer to eat pizza over just about anything else.
Just yesterday I was feeling sluggish. It was just one of those days where everything I did seemed like climbing a mountain. I didn’t want to workout and I didn’t want to make dinner.
Of course, my mind went to “just go get pizza.” That is when I noticed one of the reasons that I have been successful on my diet 90% of the time.
Every time I have my food ready before I am hungry I stick to my diet.
Every time I wait until last minute, I seek a more convenient (and most likely unhealthy) alternative.
So, I put all the ingredients into my Instant Pot and by the time I was done working out dinner was also done.
